We’ve given Start Events a completely new home online, and the new startevents.co.uk is officially live.
The new website has been designed from the ground up to make discovering live tribute shows and finding your next night out quicker, easier and much more enjoyable.
Start Events brings tribute shows and live music productions to theatres and venues across the UK, celebrating some of the biggest names and greatest songs in music. As our programme continues to grow, we wanted a website that could grow with it.
Visitors can now explore dedicated pages for our shows, discover more about the artists and productions, watch promotional videos and see photographs from the stage. Each show has its own home on the website, making it much easier to find the music you love.
Finding tickets has also been completely redesigned. Our live listings bring upcoming Start Events performances together in one place, where you can search by show, venue or town and follow the booking link directly to the venue or ticket provider.
We’ve also made it easier to discover what’s coming to a venue near you, whether you’re looking for Elvis, The Beatles, Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Oasis, Buddy Holly or a night packed with huge rock anthems.
And this is only the beginning.
Our new News & Stories section will take you a little further behind the curtain. Alongside show announcements and new tour dates, we’ll be sharing artist features, venue stories, music features and a closer look at some of the songs and performers behind the shows we bring to stages around the UK.
The whole website has also been designed to work just as comfortably on a phone as it does on a desktop computer, so finding a show while you’re out and about should be every bit as easy as planning your next night from home.
For us, though, the website is really about one thing: helping more people discover the experience of live music.
There’s something special about being in a room full of people when the opening notes of a song everyone knows begin to play. That shared moment is why we do what we do.
So have a look around, discover the shows, find somewhere near you and start planning your next great night out.
Welcome to the new Start Events.
